 What do you mean a "tag name"? What "smile icon"? Or do you mean you want
 us to give every smiley a textual description?

 If that last thing is what you mean then no, we can't. Smileys are up to
 interpretation by the people who see them, some groups interpret certain
 smileys certain ways while other groups interpret that same smiley in
 other ways. There's nothing we can do about that, it is simply the nature
 of icons.
