#9498: Upgrading to 2.5.7 on SuSE 11.1 still doesn't fix Yahoo login problem

 After downloading, building, and installing 2.5.7 on SuSE 11.1, I no
 longer see my buddy list and the status bar says available(connecting)

 I tried changing the server, scs.msg.yahoo.com, scsa.msg.yahoo.com, and
 all the published ip addresses to no avail.

 Any suggestions on what to try next?
