 I am having the same issue in Windows XP.  I downloaded the win debug
 program but when ran did not produce the file.  However, I was able to
 capture a debug.log using the instruction provided on your site. Please
 let me know if you want the debug log.

 Note:  I did an upgrade from 2.5.6 to 2.5.7
