 Yes, its there in 2.5.7 but you cant test it using Pidgin 2.5.7 alone
 because this bug is superseded by another bug which appeared in 2.5.7
 where user going offline are not shown to be going offline. i.e. status
 changes are not properly shown in Pidgin.

 However, I tried with other client Gyachi (Account A) and Pidgin (Account
 B). You can test it with friend. Steps to reproduced:[[BR]]
 1) Login as Invisible[[BR]]
 2) "Appear online" to your friends ID (to monitor status message)[[BR]]
 3) Wait 5 mins to become idle (my system idle/screen saver time)
    OR
    Use I'dle Mak'er plugin to become idle[[BR]]
 4) Become unidle[[BR]]
 5) Ask your friend what it shows as status, he will say its showing you
 online but with status message as "Invisible"
