 That means one of your accounts isn't connected.

 Since you're using 2.5.6, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that
 it's your Yahoo account. Check the Help->Debug Window and upgrade to
 2.5.7. Does that help?

 If not, disable your accounts one at a time to see which isn't connecting
 and then, with all other accounts disabled, open the Debug Window and
 enable the trouble account and attach a debug log.
