Comment:

 Filing four duplicate tickets is not a good way to start things off.
 Secondly, attaching a word document which is nothing but the description
 of your ticket in an *enormous* font is neither necessary nor helpful and
 is in fact just annoying. Thirdly, pidgin 2.5.2 will simply not connect to
 Yahoo, there is nothing you can do about that. To use Yahoo you need
 pidgin version 2.5.7 or newer.
