 It started a few days ago. Sometimes , when I opened pidgin , instead of
 displaying the nicknames , pidgin kept displaying the yahoo id's. At first
 , I just ignored the problem , closed pidgin and restarted it one or two
 times and the problem would disappear. But now , as of today , it doesn't
 matter what I do , I can't get pidgin to show me the nicknames of my
 buddies , which is quite unconfortable , as some people have strange
 e-mail names and I don't know who they are anymore. Pidgin still adds the
 aliases it finds in blist.xml , but that's all.
 I only have YM buddies , so I don't know if it happens for other servers ,
 I guess this has something to do with Yahoo making these recent changes ,
 maybe they changed something here , too.
 As far as I remember , I have no plugin installed.
 Looking forward to getting help to this issue.
