 Pidgin 2.5.2 was working fine, used every day.  Now won't log in when
 started.  Upgraded to 2.5.8, no change.  Web based AIM access works fine.
 Windows XP 2002 sp3.  Pidgin sits at the "username disconnected, Lost
 connection with server: Remote host closed connection" window. Hitting
 Reconnect cycles back to this.  My network admin claims nothing new, port
 5190 not blocked.  Only possible change here was an automatic Windows
 update.

 If you hit Reconnect about 5 times it changes to: username disabled. You
 have been connecting and disconnecting too frequently. Wait ten minutes
 and try again. If you continue to try, you will need to wait even longer.
