 Anyone setting up pidgin on a kiosk or shared computer is responsible for
 configuring pidgin so that users do not have this issue. Disable logging,
 wrap pidgin in a script which deletes account information/etc. when pidgin
 is quit, create a custom build of pidgin which doesn't store that
 information, tell pidgin to store its configuration in a dummy location
 which does not exist (/dev/null or what-have-you), etc.
