 I have no hardware or software firewalls- computers are same workgroup and
 subnet. Have 3 computers- 2 are XP (1 Home and 1 Pro) and 1 is Mac running
 10.5.6

 Pidgin 2.5.4

 Pidgin <---> Pidgin and
 Mac (Adium or iChat)<--> Pidgin

 none will send messages

 all clients show all other client users in list and current status- just
 won't send messages or files- can ping and connect to shares between all
 computers- transfer files, etc.
