 Yes, it is on Windows. No,I do not have a wallpaper changing application.
 There are no IRC conversations. The conversations I do have are mostly
 XMPP, but I am also logged into several other accounts concurrently:

 2 AOL account2
 2 XMPP accounts including a server internal to my office
 1 MSN account
 1 Yahoo account.
