Comment:

 We do ship a number of svg icons in the source tarball. I'm unsure if we
 ship them in the release builds though. They are scattered throughout the
 pidgin/pixmaps/ directories as appropriate for the type of icon they are.
 Are those not sufficient?

 from the SpreadPidginAvatars page.
