 When right-clicking an online buddy, an option is presented to "Show when
 offline".  However, when an offline buddy is right-clicked, the opposite
 option "Hide when offline" is presented.  Hence it's not possible from the
 GUI to change an offline buddy's "Show when offline"-status.  (A
 workaround is to do this manually by editing blist.xml and changing the
 buddy's 'show_offline' setting.)
