 Hmm, that's a little difficult. That user must have a lot of broken
 federated/Yahoo! contacts. The CHG is sent after ADL to set us online once
 we've sent the forward list. And unfortunately, even though we can send a
 single query for the network of multiple buddies, the server is silly and
 sends us each response separately. And that makes for a lot of ADL's
 afterwards.
