 After a friend deleted all the groups on my MSN account, the MSN server
 was updated with my current, blank buddy list.

 On the bright side, blist.xml has all the contacts I have under
 permit/block tags. How would I go about editing the file so that my buddy
 list shows up with all of my contacts?
