Comment:

 The username is the part before the '@'. The domain is the part after the
 '@'.

 You should enter 'foo' in the first field and 'bar.baz' in the second. If
 that doesn't work, you likely need to create the requisite SRV records for
 your domain (_xmpp-client, in particular, though creating the _xmpp-server
 records are strongly recommended).
