 It would be nice if one could have shared privacy lists for accounts of
 the same type. For example one blocking list for all ICQ accounts, one
 list for all GG accounts etc.

 This could be turned on by default, and a checkbox to disable this
 behaviour in the preferences on a per-account basis.
