 My Msn crashes when i try to start a new conversation with someone, when i
 click onto the chat window to start chatting to them it closes the Msn
 window and takes me back to where i was to start with; I thought i would
 leave it for a couple of days to see if this continues and it has. I would
 appriciate it if you could sort this out for me as this has been
 incredibly frustrating.
