Comment:

 Could someone review these (ignore the first patch, just look at part1 and
 part2)? I'd like to add these in to 2.6.0.

 For -part1.patch, imagine that the account-actions-changed signal is
 emitted via a purple_prpl_got_account_actions in prpl.c (like the blist-
 node-extended-menu-changed in -part2.patch)
