 I uploaded a bunch of prefs.xmls. Using Windows at the moment prohibited
 me from doing diffs easily, as all I have is kdiff3, which apparently
 won't give UNIX diff-style output anywhere. Everything looks like it
 should work. The iffy thing is that even when I have it set to use a
 specific status on startup, changing my status changes the "startup" pref.
