 a few versions ago there was a feature where i could append notes to a
 buddy.

 this was very useful for me, and was wondering what happened to the
 feature since the previous version.

 i only just noticed it was gone, but while i did have it i did notice that
 it was kinda buggy, not showing notes sometimes when hovering over a
 contact.

 is this feature planned to be reimplemented?
