 Pretty much the same problem as: #3264 and #4542
 These say the bugs were fixed but I think they are broken again!

 Custom smileys appear user side, but do not appear peer side.

 Sending a nudge with /nudge gives this message:
 "That command only works in IMs, not chats."

 Receiving of nudges/Custom smileys works fine though.
