 Simply put, when Pidgin is trying to sync the list with AIM it appears to
 give this notification, every ~30 seconds, over and over, until it
 succeeds. The problem is that it is stealing the user's focus every
 notification, and will not stop repeating it until you disable AIM.

 If you could create a non-intrusive notifier or perhaps extend the delay
 of notifying, it would be awesome.
