 Hi, I see that this issue is now present (again) and it seems is from ICQ,
 I have multiple accounts, I've unchecked AIM account and the error message
 still popped out, I've unchecked ICQ account no pop-up, after that I've
 checked AIM and no pop-up so the problem is from ICQ and the message
 display's AIM :)
