 Related to Ticket #8728.

 I have no AIM accounts, but I'm getting this nag screen about once every
 10-15 seconds.  It steals application focus, and racks up window after
 window on my taskbar unless I manually close them.  Please kill them.  I
 consider 2.5.5 unusable with this problem.
