Comment(by Vermind):

 The "emoticon window" or the window with all the smileys that pops up when
 you click "Smile!" on the chat window, still animates all the emoticons
 for example for the Skype protocol plugin. The msn plugin is ok, but for
 the Skype plugin ( http://myjobspace.co.nz/images/pidgin/ ), all smileys
 animate in the window. Is there any news on this issue?
