 If the request is "allow for per-account disabling of normal smileys" then
 yes that can be considered an enhancement request. A request I think is
 likely to be closed as wontfix since it is a granularity I doubt most
 people need and could be emulated with a plugin (though a related request
 would likely be for a message flag which mirrors the GtkIMHtml no_smiley
 flag, to make it easier for prpls and plugins to mark messages as not
 needing smileys parse, there may already be a ticket for this actually).
