 I can't recreate the issue that you're seeing (perhaps it is somehow
 related to the fact that you're using 64-bit windows).

 What is happening is that we're not seeing an event indicating that your
 network connection is available again:

 (19:53:06) network: Received Network Change Notification. Current network

 There should be another "network: Received Network Change Notification."
 message indicating that the current count is > 0.

 I'm not sure what else to suggest at this point as I can't recreate it.
