 The server sends a keepalive message \ka\\final\, every 3 minutes, and I
 implemented support for this within the MySpaceIM plugin, but disabled it
 because it was causing the connection to timeout when it shouldn't have.
 If MSIM_USE_KEEPALIVE is defined, then every MSIM_KEEPALIVE_INTERVAL_CHECK
 milliseconds, a timer will check to see if no data (keepalives or
 otherwise) have been received within MSIM_KEEPALIVE_INTERVAL seconds, and
 if so, the connection will be recognized as dead. This code probably needs
 to be re-enabled and tested.
