Comment:

 Well, they aren't complete in the sense no program is ever complete.
 There's still some of the media API that needs work and several cases
 where Jingle isn't handled right just yet, but GTalk and Gmail voice seem
 to be complete enough for now. Gmail video can't be done yet
 unfortunately, due to missing codecs.
