 I would like to be able to have a different sound generated for messages
 in a specific IRC chat room.

 That way, the rooms I'm just keeping an eye on can have one type of sound,
 and I can just look at them every now and again.  But for rooms where I'm
 wanting to actively participate or know immediately when there is a new
 message, it can have a different sound.

 Have tried buddy pounces but doesn't work for rooms.  Can't find an
 existing plugin that will do this.
