 Howdy!

 When I am disconnected from a chat server (for inactivity), the text of
 the chatroom tab is enclosed by parenthesis, great!  When I detach that
 tab, the parenthesis disappear, but the room is still inactive.

 The expected behaviour would be for the parenthesis to remain.

 I've reproduced this with 2.5.5 on Linux and WinXP.
