 1) easy to search ppl by name, even if he is offline, so that I can send
 offline message or browse for history. Like IBM sametime.
 2) If I send offline and if the IM don't support, like MSN in pidgin, it
 will know save the message and send it when the buddy online
 3) If I send a message which it too big, it will help me to auto tokenize
 it.
