Comment:

 I have uploaded a patch that do the magic. Now we need to show it nice in
 the IMHTMLToolbar and try to not load the file more than once.

 I want to ask developers if you think we must add a preference for this or
 just do it as default?

 I guess we will need to add some api to gtkthemes to be able to know if
 some shortcut is defined by the theme.
