 It would be great if there was a way for an Admin level person to use an
 ini file, or some other method, to hide/disable protocols from end users.
 For example, I want to use Pidgin in a corporate setting, but I only want
 XMPP to be available to the user.   To take that one step further, the
 ability to force in a specific chat server that the end user couldn't
 change/modify would be great too.
