Comment(by Castle):

 1. Download aMSN Portable from
 http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/amsn_portable
 2. Turn on the MSN account that is having the error
 3. Go to Account then Preferences
 4. Go to "Privacy"
 5. Click the user(s) that are causing the error
 6. hit "Add to AL" and "Add to FL" for the user(s) that are causing the
 error
 7. Problem solved.

 Side note - How do I know which buddy is causing the issue?
 1. Open up the debug window from "Help" in Pidgin
 2. Log off your MSN account
 3. Log back in
 4. Check to see if any account gives the ADL a payload OTHER than l='3'
 t='1'
