 RTL/BiDi Messages are not align to the right in Win32 Version.
 for example MSN Protocol received with '''RL=1''' are not display in the
 correct form in Win32 version, in the Linux windows the same message looks
 ok.

 both versions (Linux and Win32) Send the same MSN Protocol Message to the
 network, the problem is only in the GUI.
