 agreed, I was not aware of the "bug tracker" situation but at least if the
 Yahoo problem can be addressed somehow that would be great but I
 personally am not placing too much confidence in a final solution since
 yahoo are known to change their web addresses quite frequently.

 About the status issue, well it's well understood how to delete temporary
 status messages, this is great, however pounces really need to allow for
 changes in a particular buddys' status. Also, when you create a new status
 message shouldn't the default really be Available rather than Away?
