 In certain situations where a person you are having a group chat with on
 MSN sends a file to someone else, a dialog box comes up asking if you wish
 to accept a file transfer with that person, even though you are not the
 recipient of that file transfer. If you accept, it does not proceed with
 the file transfer and is eventually cancelled.

 This may be a security issue.
