New description:

 I've written a patch against the mtn trunk, to allow adding and saving to
 file animated custom smileys.

 It caches the stream into a file, once received, and then this cache is
 read when the smiley is added, instead of using !GdkPixBuf.
 I had to edit some existing structs, so I think this shouldn't be the best
 approach. Please review.

 Now the patch allows saving the custom animated smiley to a file.
