 Pidgin has a very nice feature that allows a user set individual Buddies
 to "Show Offline".  This is great for messaging individuals who are
 routinely invisible.  However, I'm seeing the following bug:

 1.  Buddy X is shown in list as Offline.
 2.  User chats with Buddy X and leaves chat window open.
 3.  Buddy X logs off their network.
 4.  Buddy X is no longer shown in the list (even though they are
 configured to show when offline).
 5.  To get Buddy X back in the list, User changes settings to Show Offline
 Buddies then changes settings back to disable Show Offline Buddies.
