 I am currently using pidgin 2.5.5 on a windows xp machine and am having
 issues with startup. This problem just started happening and I am not sure
 as to what initiated the problem. Anyway at startup what the pidgin window
 pops up, the icon is place in the system tray and just stay in the
 connecting mode as indicated by the icon in the system tray. I am not sure
 what is going on, sos
