 OS:             Microsoft Windows XP
 Pidgin Version: 2.5.5 for Windows

 Actions:
 1. Launch Pidgin IM
 2. Open preferences
 3. Go to "Smiley themes" tab
 4. Click "Add" button
 5. Select a *.tar.gz archive and click "Open" button

 Expected: New smiley theme appears in the list of themes.
 Result:   Nothing happens. New theme isn't added.

 Here is the smile theme that was used for testing:
