Comment:

 When a new conversation is started, it opens at the 'default size'
 if i change this to another size, (scale up, fullscreen, not the 'default
 size')
 when i open a new conversation in a new tab, it scales back to the
 original size that it opened up as (the 'default size')

 that is one bug, but another that is related

 if the conversation window has 3 conversation tabs
 if one of them is alerting there is a new message that the buddy has sent
 while the conversation window is being dragged across the screen
 the conversation window will snap back to the 'default size'

 i noticed this while using pidgin in windows 7 BETA Build 7000.
