Comment:

 That is not actually a valid MSN privacy setting, the fact that you can
 choose it is a long-standing issue with our privacy dialog (it desperately
 needs rewriting). Only "Allow Below" and "Block Below" are valid on MSN as
 far as I am aware. So select one of those and make sure the list looks
 correct.
