Comment:

 The oracle chat client is launching a form of MUC (at least to my way of
 thinking), which is similar to a webex meeting, in a new web browser.  As
 far as Oracle not extending the XEP-0045 invitation, I'm not familiar
 enough with XMPP to be able to say if that's the case or not and will
 defer to your experience.
