 Why was this ticket closed?

 Pidgin 2.5.5 on Ubuntu Jaunty (9.04) - problem still exists. Log out of
 Pidgin (or restart computer), and when I restart Pidgin, I get greeted
 with the "Account Disabled. Unknown error number 29. Logging into the
 Yahoo! website may fix this." followed by a link to a Capcha image.
