Comment:

 The question is do we get the fullname information before we Get Info on
 the people. I'm not sure we do. We should, however, better support using
 that information when we get it because of some other changes that have
 been made.

 Can you pinpoint a specific user for whom you can see this issue and point
 to their roster entry in the login data and Get Info data so as to be able
 to compare the information we have available at those times?
