 Yeah, I understand that it makes no sense to always fetch that info..
 maybe only fetch if the roster returns no name and possibly only if pidgin
 doesn't have that information from a previous recent fetch.

 But then again, it's weird that the roster returns non-gmail contacts with
 names! Most of the contacts that receive their names are @hotmail or
 @something_else, which makes no sense since I'm using a gmail account. And
 even the gmail contacts that have «subscription="none"», and therefor
 aren't on the list, get their names.

 It should be the other way around, right? We're only interested in the
 names of those that are actually on the list.
