Comment:

 He's using the latest version of Windows Live Messenger.

 I haven't been able to get a debug log as this hasn't happened since that
 oddity. But since it's being replicated elsewhere... perhaps someone else
 can get a debug log? I think it only happens when a file transfer is
 initiated with a single user within a group conversation, but I could be
 wrong.
